Can i vacuum the bed bugs?

Please do not vacuum the bedbugs as the bedbugs might lay eggs inside your vacuum bag.

Can i spray while waiting for you to come for inspection?

We will not recommend for you to DIY or to spray using those bed bug spray. Without treating it properly, the bedbugs may spread aggressively. 

My bed frame and sofa has bed bugs. Can i throw it away?

We always tell our client not to throw away anything when they found active bedbugs. When our bedbug specialist come for the inspection, we will explain how to save them and what kind prevention can be done. Why spend more money when we are here to solve your bedbug problem.
